Brought together by a mutual passion for music, Kristof, Sven and Antony founded The Ditch in 2006. The rules were clear from the start. Composing and playing the music they love and sharing it with as many people as possible.

After winning “Global Battle Of The Bands” for Belgium and representing our country in London The Ditch felt confident enough to release the first single in 2008: “Far Away” ,which made it to the number 12 position of the Belgian charts. Signed by Sony Music they practically lived in the studio of Oscar Holleman (producer of Within Temptation, Krezip) recording “In This World”, the first studio album. Their hard work paid off when they won “Best New Artist” at the TMF-awards (MTV). 

Exceeding their own expectations they even had their own hit song in Greece: “Hypnotized” . Many gigs and adventures later they are now ready to take things to the next level. They are currently working hard on the second album and enjoying every second.
